found a narrow damp patch in floor area after investigation I’m convinced it’s the wheel arch, any ideas how much I will expect to pay to get both stripped and reseald ?

Its a 2008 autotrail Apache 634L

The newer Apache's have had a number of damp problems in their garage which require an entire new rear end and floor so it's a known problem with the model.

Where exactly in the garage is the leak?

It’s not in the garage it’s under the cupboard next to the cooker
