My favourite "normal" cheese is kick ass Cheddar

And I've just recently discovered Ossau Iraty from M&S

And when in the Cotswolds, a nice Oxford Blue dolte

What is this favourite cheese thing going around at the moment.

F1 interviewer just asked Max Verstappen this, and while he was thinking about it she said. My favourite is the same thing as I say to the mirror.
Hello Me, Halloumi. Max didn't get it at first then politely burst into laughter as though he finally did.

Not a funny joke, but the 3rd time in the last 2 days this subject has come up..

My favourite. I don't have one. I love many different cheeses and depends on my mood at the time. But a core favourite has to be a good mature cheddar.

I love a good Stilton and a nice vintage Red Leicester.

Most Red Leicester sold in the large supermarkets is a tasteless, rubbery imitation of the real thing. Red Fox, made just a handful of miles from where we live, is lovely 👍

My holiday is not started until I’ve had an artisan baguette and a large helping of Vache Qui Rit. In fact I’ve a box of 36 of the delightful triangles in my fridge now. I can do posh cheese with the the best of them but I do love my Laughing Cow.

Munster..., if you can get it past your nose the taste is divine.

I once had a friend bring some back in a car in the summer, they said it was only because they couldn't remember where it was packed that it wasn't on the roadside somewhere :giggler:

Any cheese whilst I am sat under my awning in the south of France being smothered on a fresh french stick!
We had a house in Jugon les lac, Brittany once. The first thing I did daily was walk to one of the two Boulangerie in the village say Bonjour et sava to the locals, and buy artisan baguette avec deux croissants for breakfast. Mmm.

There is nothing quite like it! It could be ham and cheese, the proper laughing cow that only tastes right of if you buy it from an intermarche in France, the English one tastes totally different. Even Nutella on french stick, is just amazing!

Nothing fancy in the way of cheese but I do like Wensleydale. At one time you could get Wensleydale with Christmas cake in it from Sainsburys at Christmas but it seems to have vanished.
We will go to Hawes to see what’s on offer from the dairy one of these days at Christmas.

Lost a CAMEMBERT in the boot of my car once,
Had originally thought left at the MiL.
It had got wedged behind the spare wheel.
Took 6 months to find it !! The dambed thing had dissolved the box.

Returning from Le Mans 24 heures with Cousteron on board, Gendarme stoped us for a routine chec, we opened the car window and he said Mon dieu Cousteron, scat, scat. 😎
