I don't suffer too much from it, but yesterday was bad enough that I took an antihistamine. No problem today...:rain:

Other than that, and a couple of days at the start of the month, it's not been too bad this year. Could just be delayed though.

I had some itchy eye trouble in Otley on Tuesday but otherwise the loratadine is doing its stuff.

By the way, for any hay fever sufferers who buy their antihistamines (rather than those who have free prescriptions), don't go for brand names as most of them are just cetirizine or loratadine (non-drowsy). Don't go to the pound shops either as you will likely only get a pack of 7 (rather than 14) tablets.

Look out for an own-brand pack or independent manufacturer (e.g. Galpharm). We buy packs of 14 tablets for about 79p from Home Bargains, a lot cheaper than the brands or prescription charges. Even though we qualify for free prescriptions now we don't bother, just pay the few pence to buy them at a local shop.

Still making mistakes! But they're not as costly.
No pollen here! Not much that is hardy enough to reach flowing stage!:Eeek:

I usually pick up the Boots own-brand ones and, if memory serves me, the last lot cost me about 99p.

I left the loratadine ones in the campervan, so I'm on the other type that might cause drowsiness. No effect yet thou......zzzzzz.
