Just heard that pattering noise on the roof of the van and thought it was that damned red squirrel after the cat crunchies again. Turns out its raining. Thought I was in Portugal for a minute. Ah well, I wont have to water the plants tomorrow.

Oh its rain allright, have been out and had a look. The temperature has dropped drastically to 17 degrees. Winter has finally arrived in Benidorm .

We had a spit but its stopped now, but it did cause sheer panic, and made us look at the forecast.
Looks like we have showers until Tuesday and then back to normal.
But then its well known fact we have our micro climate on the Costa Blanca. Bob.

Hi folks, be gentle...one of our first posts This was Benidorm yesterday pm, just before it rained !! a minor glitch I'm sure We arrived yesterday at La Torretta from Rio Mar campsite near Oliva (highly recommend!), temperatures better here by a couple of degrees and not as windy, and set to improve we hope....First time for us in Benidorm so any pointers much appreciated

Had a few miserable dull days here in Valencia but no rain until just now! Haven't seen the sun for 3-4 days and very overcast but not cold. At least you know it's not for ever and we'll soon be back to sunny days before we know it!
