Hi AlfandM.. We are in Peniscola, Spain and it was 17C here today and gets down to about 5 to 7 deg at night..
We are parked next to a Swede. The poor bugger has had the Motorhome mechanic out for the last 3 days trying to fix a water leak under his shower.. Fixed today though and he's all smiles again...
Thats too cold where you are for me mate, thats why we headed South for the Winter.

I heard to day it may fall to -45c in Norway,I am not sure where but I would of thoughtin the north better tell her to keep her thermals on,regards AlfandM

Tromso, pretty far north and 200 miles inside the arctic circle I believe.
Things some folks will do to maybe get a glance at the arora borialis.
Saying that, I believe Tromso is directly in the gulf stream so a bit warmer than most of Norway.

By logs Sue, down in the celler we have a log burner boiler with an accumulator tank ,keeps the house cosy and warm ,and for that extra cosyness we have a log burning stove in the living room,regards AlfandM

Hi pappajohn yea Tromso is out on a half island so can be very cold,but she will have great views of the northern light's, here last night we had a great show of the arora she came out all in her glory, regards AlfandM

Peace and tranquil Sue,and winter fun in the snow with the snow mobiles and grat ICE fishing,and I don't, miss the stresses and struggle of especially trying to get to work,as when on my night duty I would have to stay with a colleague or face a long treck around the M25,as there was no excuse to arrive late for Roll call,so in a word love it, and when out and about driving you arrive on time at your destination and see many wild Animals, regards AlfandM

Coming your way in August / September this year, I like it cold but not that cold, did once have a daft notion of driving up to the arctic circle in our MH in winter, got put right by a few with enough knowledge to keep me alive

Planning a trip up to the top via Denmark, Sweden then returning down through Norway, hoping for a glimpse of AB if dark enough
