What Tap/Valve is on the End of your Waste Pipe?

I'm wanting to change the tap/valve that's on the ends of our waste and fresh water tanks but don't know what I should be looking for!

Presently we have the following which are quite heavy, a plastic equivalent would be much easier to mount.

Any suggestions?
