I am really annoyed I had a Kipor nicked. Had it been a Honda it would have been 3 times worse. Not sure my health could cope with the shock

seriously, there is no such thing as a 'quiet' generator.. Honda are the quietest but that's a relative term..

try running one on a quiet aire / campsite .. AT FULL LOAD .. then walk away until you can't hear it.. I'm betting you run out of aire before that happens.. I've tried .. noise travels a long way ..

Further to my post the Honda is 53 db @7 mtrs the clarke is 62 db@7 mtrs and the Kipor is 72 db @ 7mtrs --the Clarke looks a very good alternative to the Kipor - on paperEven 72 deb @7 mtrs is very quiet :thumb:
