Sounds about right. I remember when I measured my wheel that I though the small disklok might fit as its maximum fitting size was not far off the diameter of the steering wheel, but when I tried it was just too small (I already had a small disklok in use on another vehicle). I bought the medium, and as I say it fits perfectly.

Check they have the keys as they cannot be copied and cost aboutv £40 from disklok
Have two, one for the motorhome, one for the car. Seem very robust
