Can my cousin have with a rented motorhome Adria 660 SP on a Fiat ducato JTD 2,8 l basis.
What kind of warning/advice can I give him so that he can anticipate problems?
He never had a motorhome, so a total newbie.
I've listed quite a few things already, actually 2 full pages of current issues, especially in winter. Also I didn't see anything on the advert saying cassette for the loo, could it be a tank?
Anyone having the same motorhome? Thanks for any help, suggestions!

Amicalement Frankie

hi Frankie, i have an Adria 670 SLT and i very much doubt that it has a Toilet tank it will have a cassette for the loo.

if they are not used to driving a van with a large overhang after the rear wheels that is a watch out when turning at junctions or parking close to things that you need to pull out from, the overhang will swing out past the normal line of the van.

When renting any vehicle it's important to inspect it with the supplier and note any damage. Photos of any external damage might be useful in case of argument when returning it at the end of the rental period.

------------

Based on posts I've read on Fun make sure they know which is the diesel and which is the fresh water filling point. Several posters have put diesel in the water tank which is very costly to deal with.

A big +1.

Mine has a cassette.

Heater tank drops the water easily in cold weather.

Video the handover. So easy to forget “what the man said” about X, Y and Z.

Slow down!
