Bloody hell things move quickly with me. As I posted the other day I was thinking of buying a fifth wheel and perhaps selling the RMB. When I came back from lunch some Belgian guy in a brand new Concorde Liner parks next to me and starts drooling over my trailer. Before I know where I am I have told him a price and he has agreed to buy the damned thing. I was going to put the whole rig up for sale, but dont know what to do now. Do I take a handsome profit or hang on and try to sell separately. Dare I tell Pat she will have to drive the car home next spring with all the junk out of the trailer in it. HELP.

There are a few down here for sale, but they are mainly full timers rigs that have been well used or new, but top dollar. Am looking at bringing a new one in from the States discounted and I have a man here that will wire it European speck with no converter. Possibly buy without the American fridge, microwave etc, and fit with European electrics.

Believe me, you could if you wanted to. Fully insulated to a standard better than most motorhomes, carpet lined, Heki roof light, mezzanine at front, fully wired with 12 volt and 240 volt sockets, twin axles with twin wheels on each axle, brakes on both axles, aluminium chassis, roller rear door with security lock, double side barn doors with security lock, integrated ramps, and fully tilting. Quite possibly more, but have forgot. But of course your right, it is a trailer :).

If it was mine, I would want to keep the trailer together with the m/h as a complete unit which would probably command a premium price when you eventually decide to sell the whole thing .... just my opinion.

I can't keep up with you.

Why a 5th wheeler?

Going back a few months, this trailer appeared to answer all your 'goods and chattels' issues perfectly. So why sell and then have the problem all over again?

Unless you're 100% sure on selling (which you don't appear to be), then keep it until you've thought this through.

I would keep hold of what you have got for the time being Dave.

Old Mo got a 5er but only kept it for a few weeks from what I can remember.

Ask Old Mo he is a mine of information and a nutter like you;)
He is always changing his mind and his holiday home o_O
