What kind of sealer is this?

Hello Fun,

What kind of sealer is this?
It's on the joints and seams on the outer bodywork.
Some parts, it's cracking and deteriorating and other parts, its attracting the black mould due to being on the run off route from the roof.

I'm thinking of part cutting it out and replacing it so it looks a little neater.

looks like standard caravan mastic. scrape off the crud and clean up with white spirit

Thanks TheBig1 I've had a go at cleaning it but as you can see, in areas, it's cracking/deteriorated

Try what TheBig1 said for the 1st pic. U may have to remove the trim in the 2nd pic and rebed it into new mastic either from a tube or the strip stuff.
