Love all the threads about things people have bought, but what about those things you regret buying...

Having collected a new Campervan today I find that it comes with a carbon monoxide detector (making the one I bought redundant), together with an electric hook up cable (shame I bought one of those in advance too).

You seem pretty certain about this. Yet to see one on offer at the bring and buy.

When I was starting the project of fitting out our new narrow boat I thought I would treat myself to a state of the art 3ft level.
I quickly realised nothing on a boat is ever going to be level!!!! Especially when its in the water - Doh!

Looked at that it was a king size but 2 singles from it would have been too narrow, also looked at converting to one single & buying just one single, in the end brought 2 new singles.
