So here I am, the proud new owner of a motorhome.
I literally bought it five minutes ago. And I've never changed a gas bottle, reversed into a tight space or camped on a site in my life. Let alone changed the toilet cassette!

And so I thought I'd better prepare you veterans for some noob questions in advance!

Cheers guys,
Dave

Getting better month by month.
:welco: to the house of fun. Just ask away any questions you have. We have all been noobz at some stage. Some - like me, still are. When you subscribe it will be the best £15 you will spend. As long as the handover was comprehensive, you will at least know how everything works. Just get out there, use everything and then list your questions.

:ello:and :pink: from not far up the road.

Looks like you have gone in the deep end and will have loads of learning along with fantastic times.

I can't quite see in your photo if the ELH (electric hook-up cable) is fully unwound .. if not it is wise to do so as it can overheat and catch fire.

:welcome3: Hi - it sounds as though you are ready for the FUN to begin! (y)

Looks a nice van - hope you have some great adventures in it. And you've come to the right place for plenty of advice.

Well worth subscribing to the forum for mayhem and invaluable help on anything you want to know.

Cheers, Mike

WOW - you guys really are friendly. I'm really glad I found you. I guess it's a stupid time of year to start, but I really am excited. I can get to a picturesque site the night before and snag some cracking dawn shots... with the added bonus of a steaming mug of tea while I process them on my MacBook. Heaven!

Welcome. You will soon find lots of questions to ask and before long you will be answering questions from other newbies ( and seasoned Funsters)

Get out there as soon as you can, just find a site and book in

Welcome! Dont be daunted by your lack of experience, I bought my first mh five years ago and immediately left the country to go full-timing in Europe. I was still finding new things in it a year later but got loads of advice both on mhf and on campsites. I've no doubt you will love it!
Ps only just found out that the Sargent ECU box could also give me a voltage reading of my leisure batteries a few weeks ago by accident! (y)

:DWelcome David:D I only bought mine on the 1st August & found it's best to have a few days away then ask the questions, because you will work loads of things out yourself. Some will be simple some not so!!!! Have fun though.
