What fits these

Sorry for all these questions but it’s all a bit new to us with this van. I’ve attached some pics of Fiamma brackets fitted to our van. Could somebody please help with what they are called so I can search for what will fit

As it's a Hymer they will probably be an Omistore (now Thule) bike rack.
