I have a Fiat ducato 2007 and when I got it, it had a plastic cable tie holding the exhaust up. What do I need to buy? A metal cable tie?

You need a pipe clamp same diameter as pipe and a flexible (rubber) mounting to bolt to the chassis. You should be able to get them from a motor-factors or halfrauds.
Hope this helps,
Cheers, Dave:xsurprised:

If you search for 'Exhaust pipe hangers' you should find plenty, take your pick...

That doesn’t look like an exhaust bracket place, I suspect the mounting for the exhaust is further under the body and you may find the point there and the appropriate place to fix it...:xThumb:

I agree: examine existing mounts for sag - you should not need one that's visible.

There isn't usually a mounting for the exhaust at that position. The system is supported at each end of the silencer and the "tailpipe" is self supporting off the exit of the silencer.
