We have a Burstner A Class with. Truma heating system.

However I have no idea what this slider is supposed to do in the front of the cab.

Anybody know?

Thanks

Its a flap control for maybe an awning or a garage. Whats on the other side of that wall ?

Thanks for the responses. The slider seems s on the drivers side at the front of the cab. The other side of the “wall is the engine in front and the outside of the van on the RHS.

I assume it is for regulating the warm air heating, but can’t fathom which bit…

Is there a flap on the outside of the van ? So it would blow warm air into an awning if fitted ?

Hi taken This is from ixeo manual,
Great! Very much appreciate your help.. Thank you.

It always been on “open”. I want the best at the front…. Don’t see any reason to close it… (assuming it actually operates….)

We have a 2019 A Class736, it is to direct hot or rather lukewarm air to help demist the windscreen area and keep that area warm. It helps a bit overnight to give you a clearer screen first thing in the mornings but not very efficient we have found.
