Kenny, we store with Murray’s at Airth, gold standard, £400 for a wide pitch, no other facilities.

Would pay more for indoor storage but only with electric for battery charging and decent access hours.

We pay £600 per annum outdoors hard standing. Zero facilities but as secure as it could be with CCTV. Working farm with other businesses on site so there are plenty of people about during the day and locked up in the evenings.

£600 hard standing outdoors in a CASSOA Gold Site.

£280pa on a cassoa gold site Weldon Northants. Hose pipe and stepladder for washing. There are some larger pitches which are I believe are £390

£350 for hard standing on a working farm with electronic gates in Northamptonshire

£650 a year for an outside CaSSOA Gold standard site.24 hr card access. This for upto 8.2m long.
Over 8.2m it is £975

£190 a year. Yes an absolute bargain. Compacted rubble parking space as opposed to proper hard standing and although not COSA? registered has owners living on site and security cameras everywhere with double gate access..

£22.50 a week 3 electronic gates cctv floodlights just wish it had electric post for charging. Also cheapest I could find in Berkshire

£395 / year. CAOSSA gold, cctv and 24 hour card access. Northeast. Co Durham.

We pay £1500 per annum for indoor storage with a hook up, it's steep but it's 75m from our house so is super convenient.

We can come and go as we please and we also keep a trailer there. There's 7 vans there inside the same barn and a Ford Mustang:cool:

£12 p.w. = £624 p.a. Dorset. Secure compound with cctv. No electric hook ups. Not CAOSSA but insurance company not worried about that and neither am I.

£400 Cassoa Gold site Sth Wales [20 mins walk from home] - CCTV, Electronic gate, Motion sensor on fence, space a little tight but enough, also last theft 5 years ago

£30 per month, outside some small industrial units. Secure compound with security cameras and access to EHU if needed.
Access during working hours, but if needed I can have the keys and get it out at weekends.

Cheshire
£450 pa
Cell phone activated outer gate, fob activated inner gate
fully bunded all the way round,(only access is via inner gate)
CCTV
Perimeter infra red sensors
Cassoa Gold

Long waiting list

I was paying £480 per year for my 30ft fiver but it was hardly ever there,so I have now got it in storage in France at 1 Euro per day, only when its there. The advantage of this is I do not have to pay ferry charges and extra fuel costs dragging it back to the UK. The disadvantage is amnot allowed out of the UK at the moment due to Corona.

£499 for 12 months (we're signed up for 6 months @ £299 for the winter). On the outskirts of Bristol - Cassoa Silver - hard standing and access any time during the daytime with electronic gate.

£600 PA hardstanding (Payable twice a year in advance)
Kent,
15mins to M25, 2 mins to M2
(130 storage slots equals £78K PA, I wonder what the actual running costs are PA?)

Secure site (Cameras, fob controlled gate, owners in residence)
24 hr access
Limited water and EHU if required

If you wanted to make a business of storage of motorhomes, caravans, boats and horse boxes and could find a level field near an M25 exit, that you could convert into a secure storage area then I think you would have no shortage of customers.

Add to that a (franchised?) regular valet/cleaning operation and I think you could make money

£580 p/a. Basic slabs on grass for 8m van no services. Fully fenced in with 3 gates and cctv. Owners on site, it's a small holding/farm. Not open 24×7 and you have to be let in at certain times only. Owners very nice and will accommodate other timings with enough notice. Based nr Welwyn, Herts.

I'd pay more, maybe another £100 or more, for proper hard standing, EHU and services.

£200 for 12 months outside, on farm walking distance, so can check any time, camera, linked to chap who works on site, our insurance all happy with set up, so are we. I actually paid for the space 6 months before we even found our m/ h.. Only few on site, one way in,
All alarmed on site, happy ☺have travelled full width, so easier to get off, if continuous rain!
