What do we need to enter Spain/France/Portugal

Can anyone confirm what we actually need to enter the above. We are looking at going either through France or directly by ferry to Spain later this month with the motorhome. Obviously we’ll need passports (over a year in date) and log book , insurance etc as usual .
We’ve downloaded the nhs app for proof of covid jabs . Do we neeed proof of return passage and when or anything else?

If you enter via Spain, you just need your vaccination certificate and the Spanish maritime locator form. Nothing else once in to travel to any other eu countries by road.
Dont know about entering via France, but there are other threads detailing the requirements to enter France.
