What connector do I need for this?

Can anyone advise what connection I need to connect my double burner camping gas hob & grill to this outside gas point on my van please & where I might get one?

Also I can't seem to turn it & wondering if this is a safety feature & only possible when it's connected to a gas appliance?

Hi, from my very limited experience that looks like a quick release connector & you should be able to buy them from any good camping equipment store
