Interestingly probably the same people who moan if a heating engineer is late for them. Sadly the world seems to be growing self entitled thinking and people who believe the world revolves around them and their needs. I call to say if I’m running late if snarled up in traffic, as this is respectful communication. I don’t like people who grab for themselves and disregard other people… my grandparents came  from a time when everyone helped each other and you always used manners.
