Fine rain today so had an early breakfast in St Albans. Had to be in Dunstable by 1230 so had a few hours to spare, instead of calling in home we decided to go the long way around to Dunstable.
The Three Counties are as good if not more beautiful than anywhere in the UK and not a lot of people know that. (y) The scenery is special the forests the old buildings the churches are spectacular and all within half an hour of central London..... Beds Herts and Bucks.....Gods own counties to be sure.:*

As it’s our wedding anniversary Saturday management will require me out of the workshop.
We can’t go away because our dog sitters, daughter and boy friend, are away. Maybe a local run out with the van for a picnic. We would usually go out for the evening but we feel more comfortable staying at home. Maybe a nice take away will do. We havnt had take away much during lockdown.

We are just planning our first ' In Residence' trip away this weekend. Just a two nighter for me and the better half with no kids. Heading out and around Aviemore / Boat of Garden way using the park4night app.

Heading to North Yorkshire to visit the in-laws and our eldest and his new puppy, who we haven’t seen since Christmas, might try and visit some MH dealers while we are there, we might find the elusive van we are looking for.

Well it won’t be in the motorhome.....can’t get anywhere local for love nor money. We have managed 2 weekends away so should’t be too upset. Might have to actually drive the car to Corfe Castle or possibly cycle.
