What Am I Doing Wrong With Brittany Ferries Codes?

After my request earlier for a code for Brittany Ferries, several people were kind enough to send me one. Despite me trying them all, using capitals and lower case, 0 instead of O, they all came back as invalid. What am I doing wrong, please? I'd be very grateful for any help for the next time I book. Unfortunately, I had to book without a code today as I needed a dog friendly cabin and didn't want to lose it! Thank you

I am not sure what you are doing wrong but on the website you used to enter the member’s code in the “guest” slot. It highlights that it is valid until a certain date which is the renewal date of the member ?

You can retrospectively apply a code after the booking - well you used to be able to do that on the old website - so you may still be able to use one of the discount codes provided l

Those very nice people(Grr!) at BF. no longer allow a code to be applied retrospectively.
I suppose it cuts down on the'Back of the paper' obtaining of the code.
Our code has zeros. When I pass the code I emphasis that and the use of Upper case.
Just a thought. You do have the members surname.

I didn't know I needed the members surname Where does that get entered, please? Is it after the code has been accepted? If so, I didn't get that far

Code should be entered at the very beginning of the booking, first box. At the end of the booking there is a box for voucher code this is only to be used by member to collect rewards.

They ask for your name after you tick box as a guest I thought.

I gave you my code in April and specified that it contained zeros, I said to save it as you had to book in a hurry that time as well due to the cabin problem but you must have forgotten, it’s still in the private message list. Other people have used it without problems, it’s difficult to see why you are having problems as the form isn’t complicated. I don’t know what else to suggest I’m afraid.
