We had a lot of rattle noise from the front blinds. I cured it by putting draft excluder between the blind and the metal of the doors.

Try using neoprene laptop sleeves from the Pound Shop or eBay to pop rattly items, cooker shelves, grill pans etc in. Works brilliantly well and saves messing with bubble wrap and towels.

Hi Paul

Is there a large gap between blinds and cab window like mine.,i can get my fingertip in and the rattling goes so thats a starter.

Cheers Keith

Sounds pretty much the same, it seems to vibrate against the metal door. I have some of the sealer left from from fitting a new water heater that is really sticky and does not go hard, thought about removing cover and putting some sealer between the cover and door.
