Yes that will become a cross I will have to bear before long, still as I get older the standard drops, the knees ache, the back twinges and concentration goes since I started to think about the here after, I get on the mat to bowl and think "what did I come here after"

Went to the club today and tried to arrange a nativity play for the members, trouble was I couldn't find three wise men and a virgin

many thanks for your welcome, seems to me that this is the friendliest site on the planet.
I see from your profile that the MH was pending, is that still the case?
I've just spent an hour sitting in my Tempest sorting through the heating and water system (dealer was not much cop) got it now and am ready to drain down for the winter so it's onto bottled water for trips out.
Enjoy it so much I go out to the drive with a glass of wine
and my monthly copy of MMM or Bowls International.
Did you know I like bowling?

Once visited a relative in a care home and was reading the list of activities for the following week
Wednesday 3.00pm Carpet Bowels
Thought this was very apt but when i pointed it out to the manageress she was horrified and quickly removed it
