We’ve found this in our Hymer Motorhome. Any idea what it’s for?

Judging by the colour of the tip it could be a rectal thermometer.

phillipsheila is correct….it‘s the manual winding handle for a project 2000 electric bed

Insert the long Allen key part into the motor, hold the white plastic wheel and use it like a cranking handle.
