Hi All,

I have a Bailey approach Autograph 625 2014. Whale pump is fixed to freshwater tank and is accessed via hatch in the floor. Has anyone ever changed the pump for a new unit. To say access is tight would be an understatement. Just wondered if anyone has any tips on changing the pump which may make the job a bit easier for me to complete. Main dealer has quoted £300 quid to supply and fit new unit. I can get a new pump for £120 (Amazon)

Thanks,

I wouldn't bother buying another whale one, ours failed and a friends has just failed too, same fault, the pump loses all torque, won't start up but still takes 5 amps.
Replaced ours with a sureflo 30psi pump, about £60 plus a couple of JG fittings.
