There ought to be a ban on pictures of nice empty ski areas while the areas are closed and theres a recommendation not to travel its like holding a sausage in front of the dog and never giving it to him!!
We've decided this years out but it means we'll have to get three weeks in the next 2 years to catch-up.

The Europe situation seems to have descended into a bit of a mess, with different countries all blaming each other for the lack of "co-ordination". Isn't the EU a wonderful institution!

I was tickled to see the lovely picture of the mayor of Chatel (just the wrong side of the border) who has decorated his French villages Marie with numerous Swiss flags as a protest.

You could say just about the same about liaison between the countries of the UK!!!

Yes it was Cairngorm mountian. All ski resorts in scotland and a lot of snow but not quite enough for skiing. There could be a decision by Glencoe mountain this friday to open the slopes to the public.
