had dashboard bleed problem fixed approved out of goodwill by fiat.

also had turbo solenoid fault causing eml to light up, this also has been approved by fiat to be fixed out of goodwill, was going to cost around £185.

so feeling very happy

anyone with out of warranty van with problems should have a nice polite word with fiat

However, after the reverse gear debacle ( which for many many folk never did get resolved ) I suspect Fiat are feeling a little fragile at the moment in the customer care department.. A bit of good will goes a long way to fence building ( esp. in this day and age where words spreads so fast due to interweb stuff )

How much better it would have been if Fiat had designed, built and sold that van without those problems though..........
