As it is repeatedly said on these forums that we are very quick to say when something goes wrong, but shower too say when things go right, I thought I would try and break the trend a little!!
We are in the process of buying a 19 year old Burstner van which had no manuals. Last night, at 10:30pm I emailed them adding if it was possible to send me a manual in English, as well as a question regarding the leisure battery compartment size. I just checked my email and at 0945 they sent me a reply complete with a PDF of the full English manual and asking if I mind waiting a day or two as they will need to look up the technical documents for my van to answer my other question.
