I have just looked at my bottle gauges, I normally only check the primary so cannot recall when I last looked at the spare cylinder. Anyway both show consumption! I played around with several options of bottle selection/primary bottle and it would seem that I can have either bottle turned off, and the selector set to the closed bottle as primary but it does not change to red and gas still flows. So it would seem that somehow the regulator is drawing from both bottles simultaneously. Now the instruction book does refer to a condition of low temperatures etc and that it could draw from both bottles but I do not have that scenario.
It would appear that the changeover valve is simply not changing over and maybe stuck in some mid limbo. I do have their filters fitted and they were changed this spring.
Any clues as to how to kick start the valve or is it kaput?
