Weinsburg Outlaw https://weinsberg.com/en-uk/cuv-camper-vans/carabus/caratour-outlaw/ has the biggest garage we've seen in a professional van conversion - compromises elsewhere living wise & not sure about that second bed (can sleep up to 5 total!) but may suit some:
