Weighed the van this am. Full fuel and gas and half water. Some food clothes and dog stuff. 330kg to spare so quite pleased as always been a bit dubious with 3500 GVW.
Swmbo and dogs not present, dogs are 51kg together, swmbos weight is a state secret so I have to guess but I reckon we are OK. I was a bit worried about all the stuff in the garage but all OK. Not a lot of room for much more.

I bought hoping to downplate to 3500 but no can do so now reinstated C1 licence and van is 3850. We top out at 3700 ish. Couldn't get last van bought new as 3.5T to weigh in at 3.5T so ran "slightly" illegal.

To be fair I always try and do a weigh once a year, normally post the hab check when everything has been removed and the obligatory declutter and repacking of the Motorhome . Don't know why, just something I personally like to do.

I did eventually get my C1 renewed, however not sure I shall bother next time as it was a lot of time and expense last time. I would recommend using one of the companies that specialise in it. I used my GP and optician which ended up costing a lot more.

Not much room for more…😱 are you joking, half of what you should have in a garage is supposed to fall out when you open the door…😉

You could get 4 illegals in there….🤣

First trip out when van was new, 4 years ago, went straight to local weighbridge having filled water tanks (fresh and grey), toilet and included 50 odd bottles of wine together with other assorted contraband. 3529kg - that'll do me!

Ohh, I like what you did with the storage racks on the door - if I still had my MH with garage (now have a PVC) I would have copied that.

Yes they are from Amazon and intended for fitting on the inside of cupboard doors. Really useful for those things which are needed frequently but would otherwise be in the bottom of a box somewhere.

Full ... FULL! There's hardly owt in there. 😄. Mine is pretty full of dog stuff, ie packs if puppy pads, nappies, 2 buggies, spare dog beds, plus dog food etc. Having a dog which needs looking after like a baby it's amazing how much crap you need! Our electric bikes were the first things to be ditched when we were packing for our Scottish jaunt, at this rate we'll end up ditching our chairs too.😳

Good news on MAM but what were the front and rear axle weights?

200kg free at the back and 500kg on the front so only the back axle of possible concern if weight increases. Total of axle weights greater than MAM as usual.

I have a big cupboard under my bed which is home to dog stuff and bulky items like bog rolls. They have a plastic box there for dog food, overflow stocks in garage. We dont have bikes.
We gave up on the dog beds as they never actually used them. Meg sleeps on a noodle mat across the hab door, Spice on a similar mat under the table. Both these favoured spots have a heater outlet.
