I was 9st 6lb last week - but I knew that was a fluke! Also I’ve had a very ’carby’ week.

Still feel hard done by though - An hour’s walk and 40 minutes work out every day, and I still have to eat enough to keep a sparrow alive and no more, to lose anything!
