With all the experts on the forum, I wondered if there is any value in peeps offering help on issues via webcam systems such as Skype or Facetime. For example, it could be easier for someone to through a problem / solution if it were shown via video.
I know that there are issues re security and fast enough internet connections for video chats but it could help some peeps.
What do you think? Peeps could set up generic Skype accounts so real names / personal accounts do not need to be used if there are concerns about security or being disturbed when peeps are not available for MHFun assistance.
