Woke at 5 this morning with the van rocking !!! Not what you think! We had very strong winds from the East and its poured down with torrential rain all day.
Forecast is better for the rest of the week, thank goodness, as I hate being indoors !! Hope all those in Spain are well and it would be interesting to hear your weather reports for today.

Conflicting forecasts for next few days but looks like it'll cheer up towards weekend!

Suzy I really feel for you lot in UK I know it's been really severe!:Sad:

It may be raining here but I'd still rather be here than in freezing UK!

It's just that the amount of rain we're getting is so unusual for this area - the locals are as bemused as we are!

Hope the weather sorts itself out before Stratford!

Hi Marie, we are in Gandia our :rain::rain::rain: started on Sunday and stopped yesterday lunch time and started agian this morning, sky looks brighter now, and the weather is from tomorrow :sin::sin::sin::sin::sin::sin::sin::sin::sin::sin::sin::sin: for the next 10 days . Still its better on wet sand you stand less chance of getting stuck.....................hardhathardhathardhat............I suppose it will be nice and SUNNY at Newark as usual. Have Fun. ESTARTIT 11 degrees now fairly calm very sunny . Horrendous winds overnight 60-70mph. but classic GUSTS caused a bit of damage around site we managed with a blown over kitchen tent!

Hi to all those Funsters out there esp in Spain!
I hope you have all had a good look at the full moon out there. Just viewed it with my binos and with no (pollution) to spoil my view, it is absolutely stunning..
I swear I can see the American Flag left there in 1969!!

I would imagine that you are at the Orbitur campsite !!! Caminha was one of my late partners and myself's special places !!! The square in the town is great for cafes and the indoor market is superb !!....:thumb: as is the cycle ride into town along the sea front !
