I have just found this company through Money.Co.Uk who's current rate for the euro is 141.07 with no fees has anybody else used this company for exchange.

Sounds good but not sure about the non currency card charges they mention but do not provide details of the 1.5% extra if there are no swaps available and the £1.50 atm charge if you withdraw less than 200 euros at a time in addition to the 1% standard charge.
