We have Solar so why are the batteries flat (2 Viewers)

rechecked the solar today and it's putting 12.4v through I must have checked the two battery outputs not the solar input. Leisure battery seems to be holding around 12.8v so hopefully that that sorted.

Still cannot start the enginge, tried jumping with both a clark 4000 and the Volvo it turns over a few times but doesnt fire. meter was showing 13.8v into the cab battery.

I am wondering if there could be a problem with the alarm immobilising the engine instead ? its a strikeback and appears to be switched off but the backup alarm box is making some funny clicking sounds when the battery is connected to the jumpstart pack.
