We always wave to mohos coming into north Norfolk as we leave on our travels. Was that you? Then as we come home we wave again as they leave. It was as we sat in the van on the Hayfield C&CC site in the Peaks that we both came to the same conclusion.

"Let's stay local." There are lovely places on our doorstep. We have coast, forest, National Trust properties, scooter friendly footpaths and we even have our own canal, the North Walsham/Dilham canal. Norfolk doesn't have a motorway, our town has only just opened a BP filling station and we have a Starbucks.

So if you don't see us about, we will probably be up at Stewkey [Stiffkey] or bird watching at Clie [Cley]. Rest assured if we see you in Narfook we'll wave vigorously because it's home and we're away.

We visit Norfolk every year. We travel down in the van, spend a few night out and about then have a week on the Broads.

There's an excellent van spot just across from Wroxham Bridge inside the old Connoisseur boatyard opposite Broads Tours which even has hook up. I think it's a CL or similar. You can park right up to the rivers edge overlooking the Station Road moorings.

We’re heading that way in the near future. Funny thing is that we never did when living in Ely, Cambs........only now when we’ve moved to Gloucestershire!

We are booked in at Sandringham from 18th to 23rd April. We have been told by so many people what a lovely place Norfolk is, so really hoping that lives up to expectations.

Long time
We are going to a CL at Beeston Regis in a couple of weeks time.
Were there a few years ago and walked to the Pub, about a mile away, in a raging snow storm!
Hopefully we won’t get snow this time.

We love Norfolk, especially north Norfolk. We especially love Cromer, Blakeney, Brancaster and Wells. They have great dog friendly beaches, Cromer has a pier and there are plenty of dog friendly cafes and bars.
