Wattage Query (1 Viewer)

Looking at getting a cooking appliance "Wonder Cooker" to go in the van which is 1500W. Not technically minded would this be suitable for on site electrics.. Not had much luck with the low wattage Remoska's.

On a mains (230V) hook-up it will draw 6.5 amps, so as long as the supply is capable of more than that it will be fine. Standard UK site supplies should be 16 amps, but on the continent, many are considerably less. They can be as low as 3 amps I believe.
