Well!!!!!!!!we cant ever get ours to show 100%, even when it has overflowed back out of the filler pipe best we get is 75%
but do you still have 100% even when completely empty?
That could be because your float is stuck up

that sounds a bit technical.You need to listen to your van Joy I can tell from the sound of the pump before it runs out of water Never bothered to fit gauges -simple solution is turn on tap if water comes out you have water if it splutters your running out and if no water comes out then you have run out -simples
