Seen a few online but anyone recommend a tried and tested one?

You can make a simple one with high/mid/low indication with 3 transistors and 3 LEDs. Not tried it but it works in theory... ? Actually that's probably what the Elddis designers thought when making our analogue meter effort. ☺️

The most accurate would be to fit an overflow connector on the bottom of the tank push some clear hose on it and run it up the wall at the back of a cupboard somewhere where you can see it ?
