I totally drained the water from my Adria Matrix Supreme with Aldi heating. Now although I can hear the pump working with tank showing 25% full, no water coming through. The illuminated panel also at first showed 'OFF' then after a while 'ON' then a countdown for some reason, still no water coming through. I tried pouring water back down the shower hose, it went with just a few bubbles but still nothing from the pump to taps. Any ideas please!

If its a Shureflo pump try just opening the taps a fraction so if water was flowing it would just be dribbling out. Leave for 10min this often gets rid of air locks.

I would start by putting a little more water in the storage tank, as The Boiler will take a fair bit to fill, and you may be drawing air/water from the tank.
It Sounds like an air lock problem, if the pump is running, then close all your taps, then open the furthest away from the pump, it should splutter while it primes the pipes, do hot then cold as it will be priming the boiler also.
Once you have water coming through both hot & then the cold, then go back an open the intermediary taps on the bathroom shower, basin, then the kitchen sink.
Check filter on pump is clean & secure, assuming you have a pressurised sureflow pumped system.
Good luck, its a common problem after a long storage.

Alde systems don't have one.
Surprised at that, I understand the boiler is a closed loop system with anti freeze in it, but surely the water system does though to protect the pipes etc.
Really miss our Alde System we had on the caravan, though the Truma 6E seems to store more hot water for the shower.(y)

Had the same issue -

Filled system with 25 litres - closed all taps - sink tap open on hot and allow air to blow out.

Other hot water taps open to allow air to escape and finally taps turned to cold.

Worked for me

Had the same issue. It turned out to be the frost valve was still open. I believe the temp has to be above 5degrees before you’re able to close it. It’s under the near side bench seat

We have the Alde system and also have an auto frost drain valve, the same type of frost vale we had on our previous MH which had Truma blown heating. There is also a manual drain valve in the garage. I’ll confess I don’t know if they drain both the water heater and the pipes and taps, or just the taps.

Most converters don't fit them with the Alde system so looks like Adria do.

Adria Coral 660SP.

I drain all the water when I return and refill before the next trip.

While the main fresh water tank is filling I switch the pump on to move water from fresh to boiler. Once the boiler is full, water pump stops, I open the kitchen sink hot water tap. Usually there is a delay with lots of 'air bursts' while the water pumps through. The cold water tap usually feeds through cleanly once the pipes are charged.

However, from time to time the system will not charge and no water comes out of either tap.

The solution that works for me is;

1. Leave the van overnight and the system seems to bleed itself.

2. Go for a short drive around the storage site and that seems to shake everything up.

Drain in the garage should drain all the pipes, taps, accumulator etc. Opening the taps helps drain it. Truma dump will empty the hot tank.

Thank you LENNY HB and everyone else for advice. Problem found. Shureflo pump filter was the only place water had not been drained from. The plastic lid popped off and lack of pressure switched unit off. I removed the unit to replace. Half a tank of water now running around the van after I left the scene. Saw the road outside awash with water.
