Hi Guys i am away from home in Devon. I have Knaus Ducato boxstar 600 and my water pump has stuck on all help will be much appreciated

Just got this problem. Submersible pump triggered by micro switch. Any ideas? Did the OP sort it?

I just fixed same problem a few days ago. It was the fuse for the pump but was not in the same place as the rest of the habitation fuses, it was on the top of the internal fresh water tank. It was 25 amp so I suspect it was also for the boiler and attached to a relay. I put a meter on the wires feeding the pump and when i switched the tap on the meter didn't show any power. Had to start looking for a fuse after that. Yhe fuse had blown but it didn't look like it would have supplied power to the pump. Good luck
