I have a Whale submersible pump in the fresh water tank. Works fine, but chunters on for 10 seconds or more after taps turned off.
It's a like for like replacement for a previous pump which failed, but which never did this.
Any thoughts, and should I be concerned?

I thought submersible pumps were usually controlled by a micro switch in the taps rather than a pressure switch .. it sounds like you will have a pressure switch in the line that needs checking..
