Water pump (1 Viewer)

Can anyone help with my problem water pump starts then stops after 30 seconds after about ten mins it will start again then stop tank is full and batt is fully charged only thing is we are not on level ground can this cause a problem with the pump?

Sounds as though pump is repressurising the system have you got a loose joint it could be anywhere even in the pump you could turn the pump off until you need it

Does this happen with your tap open or closed?

It only happens a tap or shower is open

Sounds like it may be overheating and cutting out and restarting when it has cooled down. Is there much water coming out when the tap is opened and it is running?

Yes water coming out as usual then stops

Has your pump got a filter on it ??
Have you checked it to make sure it is clear .

What sort of pump is it, in tank or external sureflo, does it wirrr or go bump bump bump.

It's a Shurflo have drained system there is a twist on strainer on the inlet

Also check the filter housing for cracks
