New owners of a Burstner Lyseo (2017) doing all the checks to ensure we are set for our first trip and no water. On the control panel no water pump light either - electrics all good. Taps all good microswitches working. Possible fuse? But how would we know and there is a black switch near the pump (would normally have a lit red light) which also isn’t working. Hope this makes sense. Thank you.

I read that on the contrary they're not all good. What do you mean by 'electrics all good'?

How have you checked them, with a meter?

Yes, possibly a fuse.

More info and a pic of the panel would help.
It's new to you - has the pump ever worked - recently?
Is the pump a submersible one?
Is this with the m/h on 12v only or on EHU?
Does other 12v equipment work? On 12v? On EHU?
What voltage do you have at the leisure battery when not on EHU?

Welcome!

Thank you everyone for your replies, all extremely helpful. Having faffed about for sometime yesterday and using all your advice we suspect it’s the fuse. However, the switch in question is the one in the picture below and in regards to the panel all the switches work apart from the water pump. Yes it has worked before, it was all tested before we left the dealers. Thank you again.

From the picture it appears you have the boiler drain open

Ah yes we were just decamping and draining it. Thank you.

It’s open because we were draining it.

I don't think that's anything to do with your pump but is a mains (240v) socket for plugging in a lead to an external/additional appliance.

That’s the problem we can’t turn it on
I imagine you don't mean that the switch is physically jammed but that when you put it in the 'On' position nothing happens.
First you need to find the (blown?) fuse and replace it. Do you have a manual showing which fuse does what?

If you don't feel able to make basic checks it may be more convenient/quicker for you to get the agreement that the dealer will pay for a mobile m/h repair firm to fix it for you - especially if the dealer isn't local to you.
