Hi all
Now the van is back in use 2 thinks have come to our attention. We'll more really but start with these.
1 the water pump seem a bit noisier than last year. Am saying it's on its way out. So needs replacing.
2 the little valvue for when it freezes. Or power goes has started leaking. Just a drip.
Would like to replace both. So do I need the same model pieces. Or will any do. Is it a DIY job or get a guy in thing.

The frost valve try opening and let some water out may be some muck in it if doesn’t sort either live with a drip or replace as for pump buy replacement and fit if needed both should be diy

Make sure the drip is coming from the frost valve before you remove it. If you have a Truma Combi boiler there is also a small bleed valve on the top elbow of the boiler which can be prone to dripping after a period of drain down. The valve allows air trapped at the top of the system to escape as it is filled and should close when water pressure builds up. A small pipe runs from the elbow to the outside.

Thanks. But no you can see the drip coming out from. The little anti frost valve. The one with the red button on top.

Shurflo Pumps have different pressure models, going for a higher pressure pump may cause problems.
