Just had habitation done and a leak has be detected outside into the front right hand corner.
I have informed Eldiss of this as the 10 year warrenty still applies.
Question is how long should I wait for them to reply?

A few days for me. But I think I might have had a word with the selling dealer first as his support helps with the claim.

Elddis only pay a percentage of the cost, depending on how old the van is. By nine years you pay most of the bill anyway. Not much of a warranty is it.

I have a 2018 Elddis Moho - 10 years warranty applies with no contribution from myself. But conditions are tight. Link to warranty document below:-

I had a small warranty claim last year (not water ingress though) and went through an authorised Elddis repairer in Glasgow. No problems.
