apologies for poor title.
Our problem consists of
water is coming out of the taps ok, no obvious air locks however, when any tap is switched off or the toilet is flushed, the pump keeps running and water pours out of the boiler drain. At least i think it is that when you look at the drain area their are 2 apertures to the pipe.water also leaks from the accumulator. That was replaced last year.
I think the pump itself may be faulty
suggestions please all help appreciated, the mobile repair folk we have contacted have not got back to us and we only have a fe weeks before we go away.

I think it may be the frost protection valve on your boiler. It may have opened on a cold night.
You may just need to close it and then fill the boiler up

Not that unless the frost protection valve unit is faulty. Only happens after a tap has been used, pump runs on a small amount of water comes out the actuator and water pours out the Area of the dump valve outlet, which has two exit pipes. We are 60% full for water no hissing or spitting when taps are on, leak happens after tap has been turned off doesn't stop till pump is switched off at the panel. Making me think it is more likely a pump fault.

I had this with a previous van. Long story short......after accidentally leaving the frost valve open then using a tap the water syphoned and emptied the tank. On cold mornings I always check the water level now.

No tank is not emptying we are only losing water when the pump is 'running on' ie still operating after the tap sink wash/basin has been switched off. Pump has to be switched of at the panel to stop the leak, switch it back on and no leaking till water is used inside the van, then the whole rigmarole starts again.

This does sound like the dump valve try opening and closing it a few times and see if that helps ps if it is the one with the blue lever and Button mine is and it sticks now and again

Could be the aeriation valve, a tee piece with a red collar at the top of the boiler it allows air out when the boiler is filled. The valve in them is well known for sticking.

Sounds like one of the exit pipes from the boiler letting water out. Either the frost protection or the drain valve. It could be one of those is open but only draining after you use the tap....maybe due to vacumn holding water in when the Tao is not running

Spent some time trying different things today, using hot water side, no problem, no overrunning of pump, using cold side, getting overrun but surprisingly no dumping of water, however accumulator? Is leaking, wish I could find the receipt as i think it is just under a year old. Have ordered a new diaphragm. See if that helps.
Thanks for all the suggestions.
