Water anomaly (1 Viewer)

Hi all,
Having a strange anomaly after my metal kitchen tap froze up. It froze two days ago and I have suspensions in the water and it's getting worse, drawing water from plastic bathroom tap which seems ok so far? Any suggestions appreciated.
I'm going to fill the tank today and try flushing, but still curious as it's the freezing that's caused it?

It may have loosened scale as the water expanded while thawing

It did flush out but makes me think if the lines should be cleaned, is this something that's done?

yes at least once a year minimum

plus remove the strainer from the spout and clean that when flushing the pipes

You haven't by chance got a water filter somewhere in the line have you? If it froze it could be breaking up. Just a thought.

We use white vinegar to descale the system with warm water. Empty tank and boiler, fill 3rd of tank and vinegar. Bleed through and put boiler on highest setting and leave for a couple of hours. Drain down and repeat but leave overnight,, (turn boiler off when fully hot) drain and flush.
